For a while now we have been receiving user feedback about Fridae's photo
policies and in particular inappropriate/offensive photos that appear in the
Personals section of the website.
In order to improve overall user experience, we have revised our guidelines
and ask that you review your photos before April 10, 2012. After this date,
anything we find that is in violation will be removed without notice.
 Please
review all your photos on Fridae and ensure that they comply with
the following guidelines:

- No images of persons other than the profile owner in the main
profile picture.
- No unauthorised use of copyrighted pictures or illustrations.
- No images of anyone under 18 years of age.
- No nudity – including photos of frontal, back and side nudity.
- No images that are sexually explicit or suggestive.
- No images that show only the breasts or groin area (even if
clothed).
- No images showing pubic hair, outline of genitals
and or buttcrack.
- No images of firearms or weapons, illegal
drug use and paraphernalia.
- No images of any obscene or objectionable
text, symbols, gestures and/or behavior.
- No images of violent acts to yourself, someone else,
or animals.
- No images used to advertise any events, websites,
products or services of any kind.
 If
you have photos that are tagged as "Private",
please note this category will cease to exist and all photos tagged as such
will be deleted by April 10, 2012, unless you:
- re-tag them as "Public" (must comply with guidelines), or
- move them into the Photo Vault which is a feature available
only to Perks members.
We have made it easy for you to manage you photos. Please click
here before
April 10, 2012 to do so; after which
all photos that don’t comply with the
guidelines will be removed without notice. |
