Singapore Court rules Gay Man can adopt son

The highest Court in Singapore has ruled that a Gay Man can adopt a child he fathered through surrogacy in the US.

Singapore, which has no LGBT marriage or adoption rights, had previously ruled against the man and his partner jointly adopting the child.
