Listen to Janelle Mone's Debut Single 'Many Moons'

At the risk of turning into a Janelle Mone fan site, there's more to report on the singer today.

Bad Boy Records announced last night that "Many Moons" has been selected as the singer's debut single. It's a quirky little number that matches style with substance. "When you're growing down instead of growing up, tell me are you bold enough to reach for love?," she sings. The genre-blurring song clearly invokes memories of Outkast and that should come as no surprise as it was co-produced by Antwon "Big Boi" Patton.

You must listen to this. This is finger-licking good.
