Emerging London and Stockholm based design and musical duo Dadahack came up with a really cool idea to package their new album release. Whereas most pop artists think about packaging their music in terms of fashion and performance, Dadahack took the concept of packaging a lot more literal.
They designed the TAP3, a personal music player that is shaped like a cassette but holds a SD card to store music on. You can connect it to your computer with a USB cable and you can freely move music back and forth. No clunky iTunes required. But here's the kicker - if you still own one, you can play the TAP3 in a standard tape player as well.
The group only had 500 TAP3 devices manufactured, so make sure to get yours soon. The first 500 TAP3 devices are on sale now and come pre-loaded with Dadahack's EP that is titled "TAP3" as well.
"Hello Dust" is a slow-burning dancefloor stomper that is dominated by Robinson's mesmerizing vocals and a buzzing electro groove. Love this stuff.
