This year they present 愛, 不難 (For Love, We Can) which features Jun, a reckless, rebellious young man. His sexual orientation has made his father furious, with his mother (Han) stuck in the middle; even after the father’s death they are still unable to reconcile and even though Jun and his mother only have each other, they do not communicate. Knowing that being gay is not accepted, although they live together, there is a wall between the two.
The film will be screened at Broadway Cinematheque (in Yau Ma Tai) at 19:10 and 20:30. For more information or tickets please contact Koya Yuen on koyako@gmail.com or 9412 6329.
