The Tokyo Rainbow Pride Parade became an annual event in 2012 and this year saw more visitors than ever don fancy dress and get out their rainbow flags to celebrate LGBT culture in a parade through downtown Tokyo.

An associated weekend festival at Yoyogi Park was attended by 70,000. Have a look at the colourful action in the videos below.
