According to eyewitness accounts, a man was seen being led away by the police at the Pesta Sukan BodyBuilding Championships held at Silosa Beach, Sentosa, Singapore on Sunday.

I was later told by a contestant that a fervent fan sneaked in backstage and started jerking off rather openly," a bodybuilding fan and spectator told Fridae.
The man, if charged, may face a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment not exceeding one month or if in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months under Section 20 of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act.
The act prohibits indecent behaviour in "any public road or in any public place or place of public amusement or resort, or in the immediate vicinity of, or in, any court, public office, police station or place of worship."
