If you swallow the cum of the infected person, there is a risk of contracting the same sexually transmitted infection (STI) the person is infected with. While different STIs have different transmission rates, the risk exist for all STIs. This is especially so if you have an open sore in your mouth. Even after you have been infected, you may or may not present with symptoms of the particular STI.
