Toe started his musical career after graduating from the University of Tokyo in 1998. He has been making music and playing big Japanese dance parties ever since. From Yokohama to Osaka, and from Kyoto to Sendai.
French electro outfit Digikid 84 decided to retool Captain Funk's new single "Hey Boy, Hey Girl" and turned the song into a glistening, '80s throwback synth pop tune.
