A friend asked me why I always have this positive attitude. I told him... (1) I dont dwell on things I cant control. I look for solutions. (2) Before I do anything, I ask myself: Will I be a step closer to my goal? (3) I dont speak bad things about other people. If there is a concern, I choose to have a conversation with them in person not on social media. (4) I dont post my problems on social media.
