On June 21, Ambassador Glyn Davies hosted the US. Embassy Bangkok’s annual LGBTI Pride reception and welcomed more than 700 guests to his residence.

During his speech, Ambassador Davies reiterated President Obama’s commitment to promoting human rights for LGBTI persons around the world, and also thanked Thailand for sending heartfelt messages to the United States following the Orlando attacks.

Guests were also treated with a special performance by Thailand’s most famous drag artist, Pangina Heals.
