SPH sites grab 12 of top 20 (The Straits Times [Singapore])

THE most popular Singapore website for November is media group Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) AsiaOne news and lifestyle portal, according to a new report by research firm Nielsen Online.
In fact, 12 of SPH's websites were among the top 20 most popular in Singapore.
At No. 3 is tech portal HardwareZone, No.4, citizen journalism site Stomp, and No.6, straitstimes.com.
To measure how popular each site is, Nielsen counts the number of people visiting the site, and compiles it into a monthly report.
The second most popular website belongs to bourse operator Singapore Exchange, and the fifth most popular site is telecommunications company StarHub.
Gay community sites Fridae and Trevvy, got the eight and 12th position respectively, while cinema operator Golden Village's website was in eleventh position.
