Promising newcomer Brandyn Burnette brings exactly those timeless qualities to his music, serving up substantial pop that comes straight from the heart. Born in Boca Raton, Florida, Brandyn grew up surrounded by music. His father is Capitol Records R&B artist O'Bryan who had success on the Billboard charts in the '80s with songs like "The Gigolo." Brandyn grew up listening to his father's music, which inspired him to learn how to play the piano and try his hand at "bridging soul and pop music."

Over the past few years, the crooner has been writing songs and sharing his music on YouTube. To pursue a professional career in music, he moved to New York City to attend NYU and start playing gigs. His music and performance was noted by industry execs (including Kara DioGuardi), which led to a coveted publising partnership with Sony/ATV.
