Last week, we reported on the despicable developments in Brunei which could result in people from our Community being stoned to death.
Gay Star News, the influential LGBT news provider, has produced a list of businesses that are owned by the anti-LGBT ruler of Brunei. We believe that with the spending power of the LGBT Community in Asia alone being estimated at US$1.3 trillion, and US$3.6 trillion globally (Source: LGBT Capital (2018)), we as a Community have an opportunity to raise awareness to ensure we don’t spend our money on businesses that are owned by this hateful regime.
