City tourism advisor Rattanachai Sutidechanai kicked off the Feb. 15th festival with alongside LGBT organisations including Bangkok Rainbow and the LGBT Business Network of Thailand.
The event is held yearly to celebrate and promote LGBT rights and acceptance in society.
