ROBOPOP is the talented production outfit behind songs like Lana Del Rey's "Video Games" and Gym Class Heroes' "Stereo Hearts" (featuring Adam Levine) that they co-produced with Benny Blanco. ROBOPOP is having massive success with both tracks and particularly Lana Del Rey's "Video Games" EP is stirring up a storm around the world.
ROBOPOP's production savvy shows in the way they meticulously layer the track, most notably with that buzzing bass and that playful video game groove that pops up throughout the song and gives "Heart Explosion" a unique, radio-ready texture.
Emily Katter is currently unsigned but working with ROBOPOP to further develop her sound while looking for distribution partners. "Heart Explosion" is an accomplished debut tune that not only shows off Katter's vocal chops, but also ROBOPOP's ability to change up their sound to fit the artist they're working with.
