For a Video PSA (60-seconds) on Health

Producer/Director:
Lesbian Health & Research Center at the University of California, SF
In collaboration with QWOCMAP PRODUCTIONS

Seeking 15 PARTICIPANTS:
1. From the LGBTQI people of color community
2. All ages
3. Willing to talk about your health issues
4. Willing to answer the following questions on camera

PLEASE RESPOND BY: Friday April 1, 5pm
PHONE INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD: April 1 to April 13
PARTICIPANTS WILL BE FINALIZED BY: April 15
SHOOT DATES: Fri April 22, Sat April 23, Sun April 24 (location TBD)

Selected Participants Must:
1. Be available in person for one of the 3 shoot dates (4/22, 4/23, 4/24)
2. Commit to 3 hours on the day of the shoot
