[FRESH NEW] Professor Green feat. Emeli Sande "Read All About It"

British rapper Professor Green blasts back onto the scene with "Read All About It," his brand-new single that features an irresistible and incredibly emotive vocal hook by hotly-tipped singer Emeli Sande.

This new track is taken from Professor Green's forthcoming new LP "At Your Inconvenience" that will be released overseas on October 31.

Professor Green
"At Your Inconvenience" follows Green's debut album "Alive Till I’m Dead" that was certified double gold earlier this year. The LP garnered him three U.K. hit singles, including "I Need You Tonight," "Just Be Good To Green" and "Monster."

Pro's new record is set to represent "a huge leap forward" of his sound while still "peppered with his characteristically cheeky" and straight-to-the-point pop culture reference. Packing an intensity similar to Tinie Tempah's "Written In The Stars, Green's new "Read All About It" neatly unveils his pop-oriented new sound. But it's more than just a slick ditty. "Read All About It" is a powerful autobiographical confessional featuring Green's intimate lyrics and very personal storytelling.

On the song, the Hackney lad opens up and speaks specifically about the death of his father who committed suicide when he was 18 years old. The rapper had not been in touch with his dad for six years prior to his passing. Green tries to come to grips with his conflicting emotions of anger, guilt and disappointment on this new single.

Green raps, "You were never kin to me. Family is something you've never been to me. As a kid I looked up to you. Only thing was I never saw enough of you. I wonder what I did to you to make you hate me. I ain't censoring myself for nobody. I'm the only thing I can be. All that is good, all that is bad, all that is me."

"Read All About It" is a potent, chart-ready tune dominated by both lyrical and melodic intensity that comes straight from the heart. It's an impressive and promising introduction to Professor Green's new album. Listen to it after the break.
