Young audiences should love this hip, rowdy, sexy dance film that is a sequel to the 2006's surprise hit starring the ultra-hotbod model-turned-actor Channing Tatum. Although he doesn't star in this one, there is a still cameo appearance by him to merit fans of Channing to go see the film.
This time round, the story revolves around Briana Evigan, a pretty and likeable girl who loves to dance in the streets with her "crew" (dancespeak for "group"). But when she enrolls in Maryland School of the Arts, she finds less and less time to rehearse with them. So when they drop her, she decides to form her own crew from her school's outcasts, which include footloose hunk Robert Hoffman. Turn up the music, please...
Yes, the story is slight. But it's worth paying money just seeing these young people display their toned physiques and killer dance moves. Seriously, there's so much joy in their dancing and leaping and swirling that you'll be bowled over again and again.
For the girls, you'll love Briana Evigan who is pretty sexy. For the boys, there's dancer-turned-actor Will Kemp and gorgeous Robert Hoffman to feast your eyes on. What's not to like?
