Fridae

This tonally-uneven and genre-confused film stars Richard Gere as a war correspondent who teams up with skilled cameraman Terrence Howard and eager intern Jesse Eisenberg to search for the murderous leader of former Yugoslavia.

The film seems completely undecided about it wants to be � at one point, it's a black comedy; at another, it's a documentary; and at yet another, it's an action-thriller. Switching genres from one to another within a span of minutes leaves the audience completely clueless about to think or feel.

You leave the cinema, asking yourself: "What the hell was that?"
