Mega hitmaker Dr Luke describes emerging pop phenom Jessie J as "one of the best voices I've ever heard." And others in the music biz agree. None other than Jason Flom, former CEO of Capitol / Atlantic Records and the man who discovered Katy Perry, has signed Jessie to his new Lava Records venture and is putting all of his mighty effort behind her to make Jessie the next big pop thing.

Combining style, spunk and swagger, Jessie is a British artist who initially made her mark as a songwriter, writing tunes for commercials and more recently writing red hot hits such as Miley Cyrus' "Party In The U.S.A." Her savvy management encouraged her to start performing her own tunes and she has been finetuning her craft by opening for major acts overseas including Girls Aloud, Cyndi Lauper and Taio Cruz.
