Astralwerks, EMI's blazing hot imprint and home of artists like Pet Shop Boys, Kylie Minogue and David Guetta, is celebrating this year's Gay Pride events around the country with Hey Boy, Boy Girl, their second annual album sampler that they're giving away for free right here.
Hey Boy, Hey Girl features tracks from global dance music faves such David Guetta ("Paris"), Swedish House Mafia ("Antidote") and Eric Prydz' ("Mighty Love") that sure will get the Pride party started. Also included on the sampler are some exciting up and comers who add some shine and sizzle to the compilation, including tracks by Gold Fields, Morning Parade and Adrian Lux's excellent remix of The Good Natured's "Video Voyeur" that we covered on this blog before.
In recent years, Astralwerks has enjoyed numerous successful album campaigns with artists such as Kylie Minogue, Pet Shop Boys, David Guetta, The B-52s and others. Working closely with lifestyle and media contacts in the LGBT community has been a big part of that success. Glenn Mendlinger, Astralwerks General Manager, notes, "We are grateful for the support and love that this community has shown to our artists. This is our way of saying thank you."
