Amid Taiwan’s steady walk towards legalising same-sex marriage, Hsieh Cheng Lung touched the hearts of the country’s netizens with a unique proposal to his partner in a park they frequented when they first started dating.

Hsieh Cheng Lung handed out balloons to people in the park and tells them to hand them to his partner after he proposes. Watch the video below:
